According to the Terms of Use, your account will be deactivated if:

– Hiring Ants determines that your profile is not appropriate or has misleading content

Employer pays placement fees to recruitment agencies after 30 days of candidate joining with 90 days free replacement guarantee. Or in other cases by agreement with a recruiter/agency

With the quality of employers that use our service, this should not be an issue.

Hiring Ants provides visibility in the recruiting process that protects our customers from common recruiting disputes. In the rare event that a dispute arises, we act as neutral mediator to work out a settlement between parties. If mediation is unsuccessful, both parties can enforce the Terms of Use to the fullest extent permitted by law

Hiring Ants’ system blocks duplicate submissions. In the unlikely event that the system fails to block a duplicate submission, the placement fee will go to the agency or recruiter that first submitted the candidate, as determined by the time and date stamp on the submissions

If the candidate you refer was submitted for a different job within our system by someone else, then the candidate “belongs” to the recruiter or individual who submitted that candidate for that particular job.

Employers want to see candidates that they don’t already know about. Candidates who applied to an employer outside of the Hiring Ants’s portal in the preceding 180 days “belong” to the employer, and not to the recruiter or individual. If an employer hires a candidate that they were already in contact with within such timeframe, you don’t get credit for the referral and therefore, neither Hiring Ants, nor the employer will owe a fee to you.

Accuracy of profile and information/content on Hiring Ants is solely the responsibility of the user. When you sign up with Hiring Ants, you confirm that the content of the resume submitted, including candidates’ experience and education is accurate and truthful. Any misrepresentation of information will result in deactivation of your profile and possible legal recourse.

The amount of money recruiters and agencies get paid is defined by Placement Fee set by the recruiters for the exact candidate. Recruiters have an option to set the Placement Fee anywhere from 2.5% to 30% of Annual Salary. Hiring Ants does not charge a fee so the entire placement fees is paid to the recruiter/agency

The evaluation period allows the employer enough time to evaluate the candidate to ensure they are a good fit for the position. If the candidate is not a fit, the recruiter/agency is obligated to give a free replacement candidate.
